Here are the many ways of travelling to and from Victoria.

BC Ferries
Click the link to find schedules, routes and rates for the vehicle and passenger ferries between the mainland, Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands,  Sunshine Coast, inter-island and northern coast, as well as driving instructions to the terminals and other information about the ferries. Main routes (Vancouver-Victoria, Vancouver-Nanaimo) run hourly in summer, every 2 hours in fall, winter and spring.

Washington State Ferry (to Anacortes)
This ferry lands in Sidney (north of Victoria) twice a day in summer and once a day in the shoulder seasons. There is no service during the winter months. Coho ferry (to Port Angeles, WA)
The Coho runs between Port Angeles and Victoria four times a day in summer, three times a day in the spring and fall shoulder seasons and twice a day during winter. Victoria International Airport
The airport is about 27 km (about 35 minutes by car) north of downtown Victoria. The airport website offers listings of flight arrivals and departures, parking, and passenger services. There is an airport shuttle bus that provides service between the airport and Victoria. The website shows hours of operation and rates. Victoria Clipper
This Catamaran foot passenger (no vehicles) ferry service between Seattle (USA) and Victoria (Canada) runs twice daily in summer and once daily in other seasons. Link takes you to the Clipper site for schedules and rates.

Helijet
Listing of fares and daily services (multiple flights each day) between Vancouver and Victoria in Sikorsky S76 or Sikorsky S61 helicopters. Terminals are located in downtown Vancouver Harbour, Vancouver International Airport and Victoria Harbour.

Harbour Air Seaplanes
Fixed wing seaplanes run regularly between Victoria and Vancouver, as well as some service to Nanaimo and Gulf Islands. The Harbour Air site has information about daily scheduled flights to eight destinations with frequent service between the Lower Mainland and the Islands.

Pacific Coach Lines
Convenient bus service is available between Victoria and Vancouver, and Vancouver International Airport. The link takes you to the bus company site for scheduled tours, events and hotel packages.

Victoria taxi companies
Two taxi companies which provide service to the greater Victoria area are Yellow Cab (250-381-2222) and Bluebird Cab (250-382-2222).
